Aqua Vitae Plumbing is one of the best plumbers in St. Louis. Ken was able to come out promptly and arrived early in the service window. He was very thorough and gave lots of tips to maintain drains. They handled a short notice disconnect of a natural gas BBQ grill with a quick and professional job. Everything was completed professionally and efficiently, and they handled change orders with grace. Communication was always excellent. Ken was prompt, professional, and very communicative for a leaky shower repair. During a hot water emergency the week of Christmas, Ken came out same day to assess, called in the parts, and fixed it same day. He was fast and efficient and did not gouge on fees. Ken prioritized the family immediately and was accommodating, professional, reasonable, and honest. The water heater was installed the very next day. Ken and his crew exceeded all expectations. As a custom home builder, some jobs get pretty tricky, but Ken and his employees have always excelled. Extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend Aqua Vitae.
