We received three bids, and ultimately chose A1 for their thorough inspection at estimate time, as well as their competitive pricing. I give Taren an A+ for communication before, during, and even after roof installation! He sent several photos throughout the day, providing visual updates of progress. The crew was respectful of our property, and took care and attention around our home, even moving our patio furniture and flower pots out of the way. At my family member's home, there are large landscaping beds around the house, full of spring flowers and not a single plant was harmed. Work was complete inside of one day at my home, and the next day at the second home - crews began at 8:30 am and were totally finished by 6:00 pm. My 10-year-old was curious and interested in the machinery and process, and any time a crew member saw her watching through the window, they always smiled and waved to her. Taren came that evening and inspected our property for proper cleanup, as well as checking over everything up on top of the roof. The cleanup was extra thorough - our driveway and areas around the house are cleaner after the job than they were before! Taren had identified an issue with one of the gutters (installed by the previous homeowner) and came back the following day to fix the problem and re-situate the gutter for better drainage - for FREE. We chose Williamsburg Gray, the Owens-Corning Color of the Year for 2024, and it is just perfect for our mid-century modern house. My family member went with Owens Corning Sand Castle colorway.
