“I had a GREAT experience with AAA Midwest roofing. After looking at the reviews. I requested a quote online March 25th. Recieve a call soon after from a young lady cannot remember her name. She's very kind explained she will have a field adjuster call me. Shannon Woods called me the same day. We set up an appointment. Shannon is so kind, explains everything, help with the insurance and takes pride in her work. Communication is a A+. After getting past finding out if insurance can help or not. Shannon did get them to approve. But based on my policy and depreciation insurance was no help. Led me to paying out of pocket. I used financing on AAA Midwest Roofing site. Received the funds and sent my deposit. Ordering supplies started soon after. The supplies were delivered on April 24th with build date April 26th. Due to weather delayed a day. April 27th Jose and the crew started at 7am, prepping and building. They all stayed until the job was completed and everything was throughly cleaned up. Last person left after 8pm moving the trailer. I recieve communication throughout every step.“
