After the initial assessment, it was determined that it wasn't a roof issue, but a chimney one. Without hesitating, Dustin made a few calls and linked me up with another company to get it all taken care of. This is where I would've typically experienced the drop in any follow up or communication. However, Dustin took pride in his suggestion and made sure to check in with me throughout the process, even days after our visit.
