“Waited months for a quote from another contractor, got tired of waiting and called Chad. He had the quote to me within 3 days and was started within the week. Well priced as well. He’s a one man crew so it’ll take longer than a big company but the pros out way the cons by a mile. He was honest and transparent with me about what he was doing and charging me for. Was at my house every day and sometimes weekends and even after 9pm. Left the house as clean as it was when he got there. Kind of don’t want to leave this review cause I don’t want everyone else to know about him. I have plenty of work that needs done and he will be my first call for all of it.“
