Dwight answered his phone twice, showed up when promised, fixed my AC in 40 minutes and I was good to go for a price which was 3-4 times (LESS) than the competing company I had in just days before. What a novel business acumen. No fancy answering VM, no lack of call backs, no scare tactics for higher priced components, no extended expensive service agreements and no price gouging!!! “All I can say is how honest and professional the two gentleman where. I had another plumber come and quoted 6800.00 to replace pipes and ripe out the entire shower. Paschal look and let me know I justed needed grout redone. Amazing, honest and showed me the problem. “Left a message on Sunday evening knowing they weren’t open. Tony called 1st thing Monday and was here by 10:45 am. They got right to it and diagnosed EVERYTHING the previous HVAC guy couldn’t. Had to order a part and it wasn’t an easy one to find, but Tony did! Had it installed and back up and running on Wednesday. It’s running better than ever! Tony and Mario are legit the best HVAC guys in NW Missouri. They’re my go-to guys from here on out!! Best service, prices, knowledge, timeliness and quality work. He takes pride in his work and deserves to be the first call you make for service or new installation. I highly recommend him for any HVAC issues.“

“Making the appointment was easy and quick appointment time. Great communication with the tech and arrival time. Tech was great and diagnosed right away. Pricing was terrible. It took him less than 5 min to diagnose but the price to fix the washer was $845. That’s ridiculous! I purchased a new washer with delivery, install and removal of old washer for $650 from Home Depot. I had to pay $145 for the diagnosis because I declined to pay for the service. Do better! A washer repair should NEVER be more than a brand new washer!“

They do only take cash which sometimes is inconvenient but the work they do makes it worth the extra trip to the bank. I'll never use any other company as long as they're around.“

We woke up to a hot house, I called a couple other places that couldn't get out today, luckily I called Goodman's, he waited an hour til the rain cleared and came right out replaced a compressor in a matter of minutes.
