They are now P1. The only reason for not giving a 5. I was happy about the service received but a little taken aback by the almost $300 bill for just talking with a tech for a quote. Granted, we talked about business, but not the whole time he answered his phone. We talked about kids, military, if I had known I was on the clock for conversation, I definitely would've been very pointed and as should he.

After waiting 4 hours for another plumbing service, I called St. Joseph Plumbing. Carrie was more than responsive. She got me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Then she called me back a few minutes later. She had a plumber free, and he was on his way! Dustin was friendly and competent. He had our problem resolved in fifteen minutes.

Josh did an amazing job replacing our water heater! He was on-time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did the work that typically took two people to complete, and did it in less time. I will definitely use them again!
