Bob answered my calls, was punctual, knowledgeable, came when he said he was coming, was professional and friendly, came back to double check everything was working properly, and his prices were plenty competitive. Bob diagnosed the issue with my fridge immediately. It hadn't been working properly for a few months and I had 2 other service guys look at it to no avail and money wasted.He got it right the first time, was in and out swiftly. Highly recommend.
