“Can I give a 6 star rating?? I will only use HK quality HVAC from here on out. I will be upgrading my whole house unit with them. Dwight answered his phone twice, showed up when promised, fixed my AC in 40 minutes and I was good to go for a price which was 3-4 times (LESS) than the competing company I had in just days before. What a novel business acumen. No fancy answering VM, no lack of call backs, no scare tactics for higher priced components, no extended expensive service agreements and no price gouging!!! Please note folks, no company is perfect, but Dwight and his crew IMO run an HONEST business. Save the headaches and get charged a FAIR price for a good service. Mike V.“

“Called them up after my home warranty failed to find anyone to service my AC unit on the 2nd of July. I was being quoted 7-10 days out for service. These folks came out within an hour of me calling and had me going in no time. I could not have asked for a better service call. 2lb's of R410a and a capacitor later, I was good to go. At the time of the repair, the total cost was about $350, which seems to be pretty standard. Now that I have a rapidly cooling house, I am a very happy customer.“

My only issue is with the company that bought out St Joe Plumbing and Heating...P1. We thought we were calling a locally owned company but found out that P1 bought them out. They are still using the St Joe P&H name...felt like it was a bait and switch.“
