Cookie is exceptional at her craft and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also chose to use her Infared Biomat which kept my body very warm. After a deep pressure therapeutic massage, Cookie finished with Lymphatic Drainage techniques which moved all the fluid in my body. I enjoyed the light abdominal massage in my belly area. It’s now been 24 hours and I feel lighter, with less bloating and swelling. She has empowered me with exercises to do at home as well.
