I have had acne since 7th grade and as my wedding is coming up so I wanted to change my skincare from 5+ products to fewer and be relieved of my acne. She helped me do just that. I only use three products now and my skin is back to normal with just occasional spots. She really tailors everything for your skin type. A big plus is that her facials come with a little neck and shoulder massage and it puts me in such a relaxing mood. A couple years ago i came down with a NASTY case of acne. Red face, cyst, scars, all of it. I went to diff. Dermatalogist with no long term results. I tried at home remedies, nothing. I needed a professional. I did my research and decided on Felicia. BEST DECISION i could have made. Did the first consult, bought the skin care. She laid out a plan, i let her lead but she always made sure i was comfortable on how we were to proceed. It was a long but succesful process. TRUST THE PROCESS.
