Very very satisfied customer here🙋🏾♀ I had originally booked my appt for a Wednesday morning with Mona but since our schedule changes often as truck drivers, we got to Springfield a day early so I decided to reach out to see if she could get me in the Monday before. Fortunately for me, she was able to fit me right in. Very pleasant attitude and atmosphere. I gave her an inspo pic and she definitely delivered. Not only that but she finished this style in only 3 hours! Wow!! Thanks so much Mona! You’ll be seeing me again😉
I love my braids by Mouna! She did these small French curls in less than 5 hours! She is professional and the salon is clean! Her styles always last a long time! I’m a customer of 15+years and wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Always the best!
I’ve been a client/friend of the Braidery since 2016. This is where my loc journey began (BeBe). Anytime the opportunity allows me to sit in a chair, I grab it! Almost 10 years and no complaints. I appreciate the efforts made by MAIMOUNA to squeeze me into the schedule.
