Sure Look Home Inspections LLC came out to inspect a home that I was looking to purchase. Jason responds very quickly and listens to your concerns about the house. He also allowed me to be present during the time of the inspection. Diligently answering all the questions, I came up with and provided the inspection report within 24 hours. The report received was very detailed and included photos for better understanding. If you are looking for an inspector, I would highly recommend Sure Look!!! The price is amazing and so is the information you will receive back. Jason is astounding, and I cannot say enough good things about him and his business.

Jason went above and beyond, as far as being your eyes into the problems and risks that exist in the property you're looking to purchase, he's done great for me! He found Knob & Tube wiring in the attic I had no clue of. Turns out upon further inspection by an electrician it was present in most of the house and buried under insulation which is a fire hazard! I was able to negotiate a small credit with the seller and have the funds to fix it, so the deal went through, but it gave me an immense boost as far as knowing what needs to be done to the property after purchase and for future planning. Never a good suprise when it's your house burning down from 100 year old wiring!...read full review
