My husband and I just bought our first house, and we had a great experience with Vince as our inspector! My dad and my father-in-law work as maintenance men and have a lot of experience in that field. They were both impressed by the thoroughness of Vince’s inspection (which says a lot!). I appreciated how timely his report came and how easy it was to navigate and understand. My husband also had several phone calls with Vince to better understand certain issues and even to get advice about things our contractor mentioned. Vince was a great resource for us, and I would 100% recommended him to others!
We are in the process of purchasing a new construction home in Nixa, Missouri while still living in our Florida home. Based on the recommendation of our Buyer’s Agent, Rebekah Jones, we hired Method to do a home inspection for us. The inspection was conducted by Cade Nixon earlier today and we received our Report this afternoon. My wife and I were both impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection and the detailed documentation of Method’s Report. This inspection was money well spent and I am convinced that it would be foolhardy to purchase a home, new construction or otherwise, without having an inspection like this done. These guys are GREAT! I am confident that when these deficiencies are corrected, we will have a great next home waiting for us. Thank you, Cade and everyone else at Method.
