I am a new patient here at Spring View Dental Care. I was at my last dentist for 25 years but he retired. After researching I choice Spring View Dental Care. I just had my first appointment and it was a crown. They are very professional, thorough and very gentle. The doctor and hygienist both did a great job, making me feel comfortable and not hurting me.I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office before they use great modern technology to make the experience that much better. I 100% recommend them.
I love my dentist, Dr. Ball. She's very kind and caring. I can't remember the hygienists name but she's always taken great care of me too! (Perfectly by the way) Yesterday Dr. Ball prepared me for a replacement crown after a root canal. I can't say enough how amazing that she is. She's a perfectionist. Something that you want in a dentist. Also a HUGE shout out to her assistant Kelli (with an i 🤣🤣🤣) She is just as amazing as Dr Ball. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Gave me a pillow and a blanket. (I was freezing) She did a perfect job setting my temporary crown. People need to give good reviews more often. They got me in early to address my TMJ . Dr. Ball was most helpful, personable and professional. She laid out a plan of care and consulted with me for all of it . She gave me hope that this darn TMJ problem will get better. Also, she is working on finding the reason for it not just giving me another mouthguard. Sherry , the dental asst/ hygienist who did all the Xrays and the scan of my mouth was great and very personable. She explained everything and involved me with viewing the scan and explaining what is going on. She worked very hard to make sure I was as comfortable during the process as possible .
