Dr.Gary Buzbee and his team are AMAZING ! From the moment you walk in. The receptionist was very polite. The nurse who took me back was very pleasant. And Dr.Gary was calm, happy and reassuring. I had 6 root tips removed with hardly any pain during the procedure. Minimal pain and swelling th next day. I'm 37 and this was By far my best dental experience! So, the doctors are great, the hygienists are great. But there is one thing that rubbed me wrong after my kids first appointment that will keep me from ever going back. The elderly receptionist. Rude, unorganized. She asked me to leave the forms on a table next to her desk. On that desk was sanitizer. I used it as I had just grabbed the clipboard. You would have though that I had just taken candy from a baby. She got up, and yelled, "This sanitizer is for employees only, can't you read?! It says it right here, no one should be past this line." I have been to this office several times now for exams, a cleaning, and several fillings. Every appointment experience is exceptionally pleasant. Hassenplug and his assistants are wonderful, always have the best balance of humor and professionalism to make you feel comfortable and well respected. As someone with previous dental anxiety, I appreciate that so much. I’m always kept in the loop with what our plan of care is, as well as the office staff even giving me a call ahead of my appointment if my out of pocket expense might be a little high so we can discuss the treatment plan. Thank you!
