Little Grins Dental is a wonderful and delightful place for children. Kids love coming here and are always excited for their appointments, often cheering when they arrive. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring a fun play area and play place. Children enjoy watching movies on the ceiling with special glasses during visits. The staff is wonderful, awesome, and makes sure kids are comfortable and happy while having their teeth examined and cleaned. The dentists are absolutely fantastic and do a great job explaining things. This office is highly recommended for anyone with a child who is unsure, a first-timer, or even scared of the dentist. Many parents report their kids actually look forward to going and breeze through the whole experience, creating positive memories. The practice works great for all ages, from young children to teenagers.
We have had such an amazing experience with Little Grins Dental for our children. My youngest has never been a big fan of going to the dentist. Even just knowing he had an appointment would give him anxiety. Between the sensory challenges with the water, the noise, the spinning brush, and even laying back in the dental chair, he used to be terrified. The staff at Little Grins has been incredibly patient and understanding with him. They have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable. They even made sure we had the same dental assistant each time so he could build trust and feel safe. In the beginning, they let him sit on my lap or sit at the edge of the chair just so he could slowly get used to everything. Now we are finally at the stage where he can climb into the chair and lay all the way back while they slowly clean his teeth with the spin brush. That progress means so much to us. Dr. Craig and the entire staff are wonderful with kids. They get down to their level, talk with them, and truly make them feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend bringing your kids to Little Grins Dental!
We absolutely LOVE Dr. Craig & Staff! They are all so patient and kind! We’ve been to several dentists trying to get my son, who is anxious when it comes to dentists and he did soooo well at Little Grins! It was such a relief to finally find a place we were all comfortable with! The front desk staff was also exceptionally professional and thorough on all dental info & insurance filing! 10/10 recommend them!!!!!
Wanted to share a positive dental experience! We have been to Expedition (both locations), Springfield Dentistry 4 Kids, and Celebrate Dental the last 6 months in search of a quote for a lot of work my daughter needs done. Today, we went to Little Grins Dental and it was an awesome experience compared to the others! Friendly dental assistant, front desk lady was beyond helpful with insurance questions, and Dr. Craig was high energy, dorky, and joked age appropriate jokes the entire time. Play ground, tvs over dental chairs and every room is themed. I’ve been super overwhelmed with the whole situation and putting my 5 year old out for extensive work and they reassured me with ease and answered every question I had.
