I highly recommend Dr. Sam Goodman and the upper cervical method. Having had many childhood injuries which resulted in severe back and neck pain as a teenager the upper cervical method of adjustment has been a lifesaver. I'm now 65 and due to regular visits throughout the years to this office I have lived with only a fraction of the back and neck pain that I was having as a teenager and young adult. In my late 20's I still had a lot of lower back problems and occasionally visited a chiropractor that adjusted using a full-spine approach. In about 1990 when I was 30, one morning being in terrible lower back pain I visited my full-spine chiropractor. After being adjusted I knew the full-spine chiropractor had failed to realign my neck. That afternoon I visited Dr. Curtis Horton at Family Chiropractic, Dr. Sam Goodman's predecessor. Dr. Horton checked my neck and I was indeed subluxated as I had believed. I never visited a full-spine chiropractor again after that day. Upper cervical adjustments have always diminished my lower pain pain within a couple days after a neck adjustment. I can't say enough about how much upper cervical has been a blessing to my life. I have been a patient since 1974 and have recommended Family Chiropractic to hundreds of my friends and acquaintances throughout the years.

I’ve been going here since 2015. Dr. Horton retired but Dr. Goodman took his place and he’s awesome. It’s affordable, they care and I like that it’s walk in, no apt. There’s no twisting or crazy popping. Check them out!
