“I had a main drain problem on a SundayI called Thomas after I had already called Express plumbing on a SundayExpress was able to send somebody on a Sunday. Unfortunately, Express plumbing gave me incorrect information, and a quote to saw cut up my garage floor for the repair.I'm glad I got a second opinion, because I called Thomas the next day. His camera was a much better quality. His pipe cleaning system was also much better and safer on my system.He indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor as indicated by the previous contractor, and he also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60'. His high pressure cleaning spray Snake was a much better and safer on my system, and was able to get 116' into my pipe.Unfortunately I still had a clogged tile pipe farther away, and would have to dig it up to repair.
