“I had a main drain problem on a SundayI called Thomas after I had already called Express plumbing on a SundayExpress was able to send somebody on a Sunday. Unfortunately, Express plumbing gave me incorrect information, and a quote to saw cut up my garage floor for the repair.I'm glad I got a second opinion, because I called Thomas the next day. His camera was a much better quality. His pipe cleaning system was also much better and safer on my system.He indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor as indicated by the previous contractor, and he also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60'. His high pressure cleaning spray Snake was a much better and safer on my system, and was able to get 116' into my pipe.Unfortunately I still had a clogged tile pipe farther away, and would have to dig it up to repair. Not in the concrete, but in dirt.No where near under my garage floor, and no saw cutting of my concreteI wish I had called Thomas firstHis professionals and quick response was A+++His equipment is top notchHe knows what he is doing, and he will give you a fair price.Thanks Thomas!“

“So update: I was told the part I needed was $400 and $268 labor and I had already paid $190 to diagnose my furnace issue. I was told on Tuesday the part had been delivered and it could be installed on Wednesday or Thursday after 12. I called back to say I have the money and was ready considering the below zero weather expected this weekend. So total cost to me would be $868. Instead, Mr Fisher has not answered my calls, returned my calls or my messages. He read my messages but gave me a thumbs up and that's was it. I have stressed for 3 days about not having heat for my 3 grandbabies or my pets this weekend. I called AM Heating and Cooling. He diagnosed me furnace, had the part and installed for $300. In less than an hour. I would not recommend Fisher Mechanical to my worst enemy.“
