Hartley's came out to evaluate our HVAC system and provided us with a bid. Since we were new to the area and unfamiliar with local pricing, we obtained two additional estimates before making our decision. In the end, we chose Hartley's, and I'm so glad we did. Mike, Randy, and Jeremy were outstanding. They worked diligently all day, completed the installation with great attention to detail, and left everything spotless when they were finished. We are extremely happy with our new unit and feel confident knowing we can rely on Hartley's for future service and maintenance. Since then, we've also had them come out to repair our hot water heater, and once again, they did an excellent job. Hartley's is a reputable company with years of experience, and they truly stand behind their work. What impressed me most was the professionalism, expertise, and customer service demonstrated by every employee we interacted with. Trenton did a fantastic job on setting up everything around the sink: water faucet, garbage disposal and water filter line for me. He even changed the position to the right sink hole for me. Above and beyond. Strongly recommend him on any plumbing jobs. He even told me about all the other handyman jobs that the company does. Best plumber and best salesperson for the company!!Thanks !
He was very professional and courteous, he fixed the original problem, which was an outside faucet leaking, but also smelled gas in our crawlspace, tracked it down, and fixed it, preventing a possibly horrible outcome from a situation we didn’t know we had.
