We are so grateful for the guys that helped us when our A/C broke. Ken went out of his way to get it working when the part was going to take too long. He and Trenton worked on it and the thermostat until 10:00 pm. These seniors sure do appreciate that and slept like babies that night. Thanks Ken and Trenton. Art and Glenna Gamst
Recently bought a house and called them for a clean and check on the AC system. The technician that came out thoroughly cleaned and looked over the entire system. When he heard that the house was just bought he offered to clean and check the furnace in the house free of charge as well. It was a good thing he did, because he noticed that the furnace hadn't been clean in many years and that this had caused the heat exchanger to crack and potentially leak gas into the house. He took down the part numbers and within a couple days was able to hunt down the part, install it, and further cleaned the system beyond what was quoted in price. Absolutely incredible service. Arrived earlier than expected and had everything done and running within 30 minutes. Very polite and professional as well.
