Hartley's came out to evaluate our HVAC system and provided us with a bid. Since we were new to the area and unfamiliar with local pricing, we obtained two additional estimates before making our decision. In the end, we chose Hartley's, and I'm so glad we did.
Mike, Randy, and Jeremy were outstanding. They worked diligently all day, completed the installation with great attention to detail, and left everything spotless when they were finished. We are extremely happy with our new unit and feel confident knowing we can rely on Hartley's for future service and maintenance.
Since then, we've also had them come out to repair our hot water heater, and once again, they did an excellent job. Hartley's is a reputable company with years of experience, and they truly stand behind their work.

Really appreciate the dedication this company has to honesty and serving their customers. Chuck made it out this evening and though it was a late night for him, he made sure our furnace was fixed and going. Everyone I spoke with and interacted with was very kind and respectful. My absolute favorite thing about this company is how they give the price up front for the labor, parts. etc. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had with this company.
