“Contacted Jackson at 815 am. and said he'd fit me in later today, yay! 1000 he called back asking if he can come out, yep, showed up at 1030. Troubleshoot, bad starting cap on the blower motor, replaced. Checked outside unit, we're full, but the relay is humming, replaced, cleaned up, and done by Noon! Fantastic, less than $200 and we're cooling fine now. Big thanks to POLAR and Jackson ?!“

“I had a main drain problem on a SundayI called Thomas after I had already called Express plumbing on a SundayExpress was able to send somebody on a Sunday. Unfortunately, Express plumbing gave me incorrect information, and a quote to saw cut up my garage floor for the repair.I'm glad I got a second opinion, because I called Thomas the next day. His camera was a much better quality. His pipe cleaning system was also much better and safer on my system.He indicated the pipe did not travel under the garage floor as indicated by the previous contractor, and he also verified my pipe was in great shape for the first 60'. His high pressure cleaning spray Snake was a much better and safer on my system, and was able to get 116' into my pipe.Unfortunately I still had a clogged tile pipe farther away, and would have to dig it up to repair. Not in the concrete, but in dirt.No where near under my garage floor, and no saw cutting of my concreteI wish I had called Thomas firstHis professionals and quick response was A+++His equipment is top notchHe knows what he is doing, and he will give you a fair price.Thanks Thomas!“
