“I received my first Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage with Cookie Grover in St. Charles! The massage I had was the 60 minute Signature Massage. It was pure bliss. Cookie is exceptional at her craft and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I also chose to use her Infared Biomat which kept my body very warm. After a deep pressure therapeutic massage, Cookie finished with Lymphatic Drainage techniques which moved all the fluid in my body. I enjoyed the light abdominal massage in my belly area. It’s now been 24 hours and I feel lighter, with less bloating and swelling. She has empowered me with exercises to do at home as well. You pay when you arrive but then are able to add your tip to the receipt when you come out and get your water.
They do not always speak the best English but they are extremely good at what they do here.“
