We, Judy Jo Hutchison and Dodge Andersen own a wedding venue and discovered our AC was not working the night before a wedding while clients were setting up. Steve was there the next morning and was able to fix one unit good enough to get us by until the end of the weekend. He then called the next day and find out for us our compressor was still under warranty. He had it replaced and we were good to go for the next weekend. He is prompt, thorough, his very conscientious of our facility and our cost. Great communication!! He also does our maintenance twice a year. He makes things smooth as far as appointments go!!! SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!Our heating unit went out on a Saturdayevening in February. It was 18 degrees outand my family spent a very cold night.Ron came out first thing the next morning, which was Super bowl Sunday, when it was raining Ice.Ron analized our system. We feared the worst but as always Ron was honest and fixed our unit at a fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend Ron!
