Our experience with B&B was excellent. Todd provided good information to help select a system appropriate for us, and Cole and Jessie did a great job on the install. They were professional and courteous and went the extra mile to remove the old system in pieces so not to damage the door frame. That was definitely appreciated!

Been using this company now for two years. Every spring and fall they do the tuneup. We have also had two separate items that needed to get fixed on short order and they got them done really fast. We will continue to use this company.

Being new to the area, we’ve used B & B twice so far. The first time we had heating issues and called Honest Abe’s. They were at the house for 10 minutes and informed us we needed to spend $8,000 for a new system. I then called B & B for a second opinion. Two nice professional young men came to the house and figured out there was a wiring problem. Problem fixed for $136!I called yesterday because the AC was not cooling. They came out promptly to today and fixed a minor problem.I can’t say enough about how prompt, courteous and professional they are!!
