We recently had an air conditioner unit go out at our duplex. We called and left a message on the answering machine and the next morning Darlene returned our call bright and early. They were able to get one of their technicians there by around 3:00 pm that day. He found out that it was a blown 3 amp fuse and had us up and running within about 30 minutes after arriving. We’ve been using B&B for over 10 years and we always get fast and thorough service. We won’t use anyone else!
Our A/C shutdown after regular business hours and I left a voicemail with B&B. They returned the call minutes after they opened the next day, was at the house about 45 minutes later, replaced a condenser on the compressor and we were cooling the house off by mid morning.
This place is amazing. Our AC was not coming on, we called at 3:30 in the afternoon. They had a service man at our door within 45 minutes, had everything fixed and gone by 5:00. Great service, very professional!
