Response time was so fast and quick. Able to get and have the part on the truck extremely efficient and knowledgeable I will and would recommend them to anyone who may need help with their HVAC!!!

“We, Judy Jo Hutchison and Dodge Andersen own a wedding venue and discovered our AC was not working the night before a wedding while clients were setting up. Steve was there the next morning and was able to fix one unit good enough to get us by until the end of the weekend. He then called the next day and find out for us our compressor was still under warranty. He had it replaced and we were good to go for the next weekend. He is prompt, thorough, his very conscientious of our facility and our cost. Great communication!! He also does our maintenance twice a year. He makes things smooth as far as appointments go!!! “B&B Heating & Cooling was Amazing! Our AC at the Condo was down when we got here yesterday evening. I left a voicemail for them, and Chad called me promptly first thing this morning. ( On a Labor Day Saturday! ) He was very nice, and said he would send Brian over in a couple hours after he finishes a job he was working on. Brian came by as Chad promised, and he figured out the issue right away and had the parts with him to fix it.
