Customers describe a very good experience with Robinson Roofing. The team was great, helpful through the whole process, and quick to respond with any questions. The roofing crew was very nice and accommodating. Having a roof replaced after a hail storm can be a very frustrating experience, but the Project Manager made the entire process extremely manageable. He was professional in every way and very understanding to the wants and needs of the insurance process, taking control at the very beginning dealing with the work crew, the requirements of the insurance company, the HOA, and the local city building codes. The work crew did a great job of performing all the required duties and leaving the grounds cleaned up after all the work. One customer noted the process was hassle free—the team met with the adjuster on the roof and when it was over the insurance adjuster basically wrote the check. Another customer felt that a little job was important, and the team was professional and courteous. Robinson Roofing did an excellent job replacing a roof, communicating every step of the way, and the crew worked efficiently to finish on schedule. Customers highly recommend Robinson Roofing to any homeowners who are in need of roofing repairs.
