“Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Duensing is very helpful, professional and caring. Which for me has been a rare experience in the world of high priced dental practice. I just switched. My former dentist, Caleb Johnson, once Medicare advantage ran out went from charging me $47 for a crown re-cement to $295. When I challenged the billing office the reply was, "we are under no obligation to offer you a better rate". Upon researching this I found they were obligated by contract with Medicare to offer the Medicare rate. Make sure you discuss with your dentist how they will bill once Medicare benefits are exhausted and you pay out of pocket.“
“Awsome service, staff, Dr Nguyen installed new vernier's for me 20 plus years ago. I broke one over the weekend eating popcorn. They got me right in, found the issue and made me an appointment to correct the issue. The office staff called my insurance on my behalf and got the service approved. They got me right in the chair when I walked in for my appointment. With their state of the art equipment, my new tooth was made in office and fit perfectly. The dental assistant was very attentive during the process. I had no pain, no blood, and even though I held on to the chair like I was expecting it, it never came. Very professional!“

“Scheduled an appointment for next week & they called me today & said I can come in !! Although I have really bad anxiety I went in & WAS REALLY NERVOUS!! They were very kind the wait was about 15 mins due to short staff at the moment but they are awesome!! Had a cap tooth that was infected, they removed it & did an amazing job & scheduled me back for next week for an exam …with BAD ANXIETY that I have they made me feel really comfortable & i loved that they weren’t packed .
