Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Duensing is very helpful, professional and caring. Which for me has been a rare experience in the world of high priced dental practice. I just switched. My former dentist, Caleb Johnson, once Medicare advantage ran out went from charging me $47 for a crown re-cement to $295. When I challenged the billing office the reply was, "we are under no obligation to offer you a better rate". Upon researching this I found they were obligated by contract with Medicare to offer the Medicare rate. Make sure you discuss with your dentist how they will bill once Medicare benefits are exhausted and you pay out of pocket.

I have had extensive dental work done at Duensing Family Dentistry. They are friendly, patient, kind, and want to do it right the first time. When my insurance company denied part of a procedure that the insurance company had previously approved, Dr. Duensing took off that amount off my bill. I would recommend Duensing Family Dentistry to anyone who wants an excellent dental experience, from the front desk to the dental chair.

I would highly recommend this office!! The entire staff from front office to the caregivers were all very kind, extremely personable and actually took the time to get to know me and listened to what I had to say.I am a retired health care provider myself and this office was fantastic!!
