The doctors and staff are all welcoming and kind! Doctor Jared and Doctor David are both great and made my kids feel comfortable. Jess and Natalya worked with my kids when they had expanders and braces put on. They were both awesome and made the process as smooth as possible.
Michael Ann was really nice and gentle while she put my braces on. I never have to wait long in the lobby, but if I do, they are fun games to play. i’m really excited to earn points with their patient reward program. I love coming to KC Braces and kids!
Great experience so far! The staff is very helpful and patient. They take time or answer any questions and I never feel rushed. Our appointments have been easy to schedule and they always run on time. My son is looking forward to earning points for their rewards incentive program!
