The lady on the phone realized before I did that I had the wrong number but instead of telling me I had made a mistake and hanging up- she actually provided the number of my oral surgeon and his practice so that I could call the right number to get help

“I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, especially when I know I have to have a novacaine shot. The staff here is extremely friendly, from front desk to the patient areas. My visit yesterday was for a build up and crown so I was very nervous about the shot, despite the fact I'd be using nitrous. I'm not sure why, but sunglasses are provided. Eye protection? Probably. But why sunglasses? I think for an extra layer of comfort from bright lights. Anyway, as far as the shot, it was probably the best experience I've had. For starters, the doctor applied the topical anesthetic. Such a minor thing but so important. After all, its the doctor who knows exactly where it needs to go. So when I got the shot, I didn't feel a prick at all. She really loaded me up too. I don't think I've ever been that numb before. Thank you Dr McClain. I may have found my dental office.“

“I broke my tooth by eating something to hard! I called Green Hills Dental and they booked me for tooth repair the next day! I had a new filling placed and they did an outstanding job so I highly recommend and enjoy going there!!! The Staff and Dentist are wonderful!!! “We always have the best experience at the dentist! My son (3) and daughter (7) loving going to see the dentist because of the friendly and patient dental assistants and dentist that work there. My 3 year old son has gotten a full cleaning and X-rays with no problems because of the great staff at pediatric smiles! Their emergency care is top tier! My son had an accident involving injuring his teeth at daycare. The dentist returned my after hours call right away and gave us a consultation that evening. He even got us in first thing the next morning to make sure all was well via X-rays. They are the best!“
