“I was not looking forward to having the roof replaced due to hail damage, but Preston Griffith and Emerson made it easy peasy! Preston was particularly helpful, guiding me through the entire process, including gutters, with patience, knowledge and constant detailed attention by phone and text. I am 83 years old with no real knowledge about replacing a roof but Preston patiently and thoroughly explained--and sometimes re-explained--everything step by step. What perhaps I most appreciated was that he took care of dealing with insurance adjusters about things I knew nothing about. I know he was partly responsible for my getting a favorable approval from my insurance company (State Farm).
Thanks to his good help, I would give Emerson a solid 5 star approval rating and would not hesitate to recommend him and Emerson for roofing needs.
