Great customer service! helped me carry items to my truck, and described how to hook everything I needed up, and even gave me plans (drawn up, and directions I should have them facing) on how much solar panels I will need to cover my full house electronics! These guys go above and beyond what you'd expect!

Without question had the absolute BEST haircut I’ve had in YEARS with Michelle today! She was gracious enough to squeeze me in her schedule as a new client at the VERY last moment and that couldn’t speak more to the volume of her character than anything else. On top of that she’s a wonderful conversationalist and just great all around soul. If you’re looking for the place to be for a great Men’s cut, I would recommend you come through here 1000/100 times! Absolutely amazing!
Matt has been my hair stylist for over 6 years. He has a great eye for color and is sharp with those scissors. I'm always pleased with the results and the price. Matt has an easy going and fun personality that makes him a pleasure to work with. Definitely check him out!UPDATE: Matt is still a great stylist. I went in today for the first time after an awful experience at another salon a year ago.
I got my hair cut and after leaving, realized there were some things missed because of miscommunication on both sides. They were quick to get me back in within a couple of hours and fixed it with no problem and were AMAZING about it.
I will definitely be back at their new location and I would recommend them to anyone!

My grandsons love Samantha at Jennings. She is such a great barber. She asks them questions about what they want and really listens. She provides a great haircut with all the extras (hot towel and massage). She is always on time.
Great service. Great atmosphere! Friendly barbers! I believe it was an owner who cut my grandson's hair, side burns, facial hair - just like he wanted it! [he's 16 so that's not an easy feat!!!] LOL!

Went to trende nails today for the first time and I will definitely be returning! The only thing I was disappointed in was that I wish I would have chose the round style instead of the square ones but that was on me! I'm still in love with my nails regardless and they did a wonderful job! My oldest daughter (has been a few times now) got a mani and a pedi both with acrylic. Our appointment was at 5 and we thought they closed at 7 but they actually close at 6 on Saturday! They stayed over an hour to finish my daughters nails and they turned out so lovely! Wish we could have tipped them more! Jessy Le is a true nail artist! Definitely recommend trende nails! We will be back soon!
I absolutely love the builder gel nails! They have some sort of give to them so they not break or chip like the gel nails would. If you have tried gel nails, and were too hard on them, give the builder gel a try! They are worth the extra money! They even stay on my six year old daughters nails!
I had gone here for years, and then we moved to Florida for 2 years and then Joplin for 2 years. Then we finally move back home to Aurora. I made an appointment to go back here after all those years and I was hoping everything was still the same. I made an appointment and I was so happy the same people were there in my nails look amazing. I get so many compliments and how beautiful my nails look. I highly recommend going here to Tammi's!! Not only do they do Great nails the pedicures are also amazing. The people are so friendly. In this picture these are Chrome nails. They do them spot on.

We have loved our time with Fight the Bite. When we first moved into our house we had a spider/ant problem. In the years of having them come out every month, we haven’t had a problem since. Honestly very sad that we had to stop using them because we are moving. We would have kept using them for many more years if we were staying in Springfield! We love our FTB team and with honestly miss them. If you guys ever expand to Webb City, we’ll be your first customers.

Specifically, Dr. Melanie Fergason as she saved my 4-month-old schnauzer this week. It was hard to get past the gate keeper to make contact with Dr. Fergason since we were an impromptu but emergent early morning visit but once seen, this vet was beyond wonderful!!!
They have been very friendly and always have my dogs appointments done in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this vet.
