No prior work experience of this type tell I came here. I Didn’t even know how to fully operate a drill before coming here 6 months ago and not only have I excelled here but I love what I do. Everyday there is something new to see and learn I’m proud of what I do and I’m grateful for the people I get to work with that being said Respect is earned not given those who bust their tail are recognized and will go farSafety, quality, teamwork, and respect are the only true requirements.
