Chad at A-1 was a pleasure to work with and very professional, didn't BS me, gave me a detailed estimate (which the other company did not), my new roof looks great, the workers did an amazing job, even my 5 year old was happy about it all, when my husband told our son "we've got to go pay the roofers today" my son responded with "Yea! I love the roofers!" I recommended A-1 to my brother and he just got his roof done by them too and was just as happy with it as I was. And apparently they have a referral program that I wasn't even aware of until I got a $50 check in the mail, pleasant surprise! I have zero complaints with this company, I would definitely recommend them, and have! Even the lady who answers their phone was awesome. We had to get a new roof due to hail damage and our roof was leaking. Jimmy Garber came out to our home and plugged the hole himself about an hour after I called and described our issue. Jimmy was able to answer all of my questions and was able to get our roof done before expected. I HIGHLY recommend A-1 Guarantee Roofing.
