I recently used Cornerstone Property Inspections for a potential buy on a sold as is home and worked with John Manes. John completed an exemplary inspection with great detail and even took the time post inspection to discuss anything I didn't understand as I am in a different state. Highly recommend Cornerstone Property Inspections if you are in the Springfield area and have a home inspection need.
Our Cornerstone Property inspector, Aaron, was incredibly kind, informative, and transparent with us. He took the time to answer all our questions about being new homeowners, which was very reassuring. Even when we reached out with follow-up questions about the house, the company remained welcoming and upfront. We highly recommend their services!
