So glad I had Cornerstone Property Inspections do a thorough inspection of the house I am thinking about purchasing...now I know what needs to be done for the home to be safe and efficient...
Aaron inspected 2 homes for us. The first one we were dead set on. We knew it needed some renovations and were prepared for that. What we weren't prepared for was the shape the house was really in. Under the fresh coat of paint was a nightmare we definitely could not have handled. He was thorough and honest. He made sure we seen everything that was a safety/health issue. Expensive repairs that an average buyer would never spot during a showing. Thanks to his very detailed inspection we were able to back out before we got into something we couldn't afford.The second inspection went 10x better and we close in a few days! Our inspector was wonderful to work with. Genuine, friendly, and did the most thorough job on our inspection. I will be recommending him to my friends if they ever need an inspection. Thank you for being so helpful!!!
