Brandon came out after hours, allowed us to tag along during the inspection, and did an incredibly thorough inspection including tips and recommendations for any repairs. Samantha was very kind and flexible getting us set up and scheduled and over communicated the entire process. Good people with pride in their work, I would use them 10/10 times.
Extra Mile is fantastic!!! From scheduling with Samantha to the inspection by Brandon, it was a great experience. Not only are they great people to work with, Brandon’s inspection was unbelievably thorough. He found things I would never have even thought to look for. His expertise is top notch!
We are first time homebuyers and Tori & Brandon are amazing people to work with. They are very responsive and they really do go the extra mile. Brandon was very thorough and took his time to inform me about which repairs and why they were urgent and which were not. If I can give them 7 out of 5 stars I would.
