Tori and Rob were AMAZING to work with. When I first got a quote from Tori, she explained that they treat every inspection as if it were being done for one of their own kids, and they really delivered on that! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and they made the process a breeze! Brandon came out and gave an incredibly detailed report which is exactly what we wanted! He even took the time to explain everything he found to me and told me which repairs were pretty major and which ones were minor. He let me ask all kinds of stupid questions but never made me feel dumb! When it came time to have the house reinspected before closing, we were on a really tight time frame, and happened to get over 6 inches of snow that day, but the owner of extra mile, Rob came out and did the re-inspection himself so that we could go to closing on time!! We can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of us!! We will use them again and again!
Extra mile home inspection services was exactly just that !!! They were amazing helped walk me through everything!! My situation was a tricky one too I had a previous inspection when buying the house where they “missed” a ton of things. I was just trying to figure out what exactly needed to be done and where to start. This company was so amazing they literally helped me throughout the whole process I got all the information I needed along with explaining the best way to handle this crazy situation. Highly recommend !!! You won’t be just another job they treat you like family!!!
