Steve is incredibly thorough. He will basically check everything you can touch and see. I am a first-time homebuyer so the process of buying a house has been somewhat stressful, but it is comforting to know exactly what I’m buying, and with Steve’s help, now I do! He has allowed us to renegotiate our offer and know what our priorities should be so we are protecting our investment.
