I had a large yellow jacket nest in a dog house. The technician came and sprayed heavily, killing most of the pests but leaving some pests and nest material behind. After contacting the office, the owner himself came out and completely cleaned up the nest/mess so that I didn't have to risk getting stung again. That's service!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
