Amazing experience and very satisfied. Don't get an inspector who tells you onky what you want to hear. Its a big investment. He found things that were serious issues and needed to be brought back to the negotiation table. The cost of the inspection was nothing compared to the financial benefit. He was also very kind, respectful and had an overall pleasant disposition. Will absolutely be using his services on any future investments.
