“Tim with First Mate Heating and Cooling did a thorough check of our furnace and explained what he found during his inspection. As the furnace hadn't been serviced in a few years, I expected there to be some issues. After completing the work, he indicated that things were in pretty good shape for a 16 year old system and it was safe and reasonably efficient. After the service, I received an e-mail asking if I was ready to schedule an install for a new system. In light of the feedback I received from the tech. I was surprised to have gotten this notification and therefore didn't give a top rating.“

“Chase arrived to replace an outdoor faucet that had been freezing up over the past few years. Because there was no indoor access to the back side of the faucet, he had to measure and determine where to cut sheetrock on the inside. His measurements were spot on and only a very small access was made in the interior wall. He placed a cover over the access hole and did a very neat job. Very professional and very neat work.
