Our technician explained why our parts were defective in a language that we could understand. He examined what we needed and provided an easy explanation for what he was going to do in addition to the cost. The replacement parts are a huge upgrade to what was originally used. We are very pleased with the work and will call upon Epic Plumbing for all future needs.

Woke up to no hot water. Our 20 year old water heater went out and Blake had us up and running (actually, bathing) by 5pm. He was so nice and installed a new hot water heater for us and put up with our dog wanting to be with him!We had called another company and they quoted us $3200 for a new hot water heater and a shut off valve. Epic did it for less than 50% of that. Unbelievable!I seriously love Epic!

The technician, Blake, arrived as scheduled. I found him to be both personable and professional. He had to try several different methods but through perseverance, Blake successfully corrected the persistent problem. I was very pleased with his work and the end result.
