OK this why I love living in Platte County, there are still old school service people like Muller's Heating and Cooling. In the middle of the heat wave my AC goes on the fritz. I call them at 2:30pm speak to their answering service, Ron Muller calls me back at 2:45, he tells me it will probably be at least an hour and a half but someone will be out today . His technician arrived at 3:15 and everything was fixed by 3:45. I have used them many times for heating and cooling, always great service at a reasonble rate. I will always call them first. They are fast, fare and reliable, I absolutely recommend!

On a Sunday morning ( with a forecast of 100 degrees) my A/C quit cooling.Just a few minutes after I left a message, Rob called and dropped by right away!! I am so impressed …andglad to have cool air.Service: HVAC system repair

The owner went above and beyond in attempt to diagnose and fix our hvac system. Even after his technician, who was a pleasure to have in our home, wasn’t able to fix the issue that they thought it was, we weren’t charged for the part. The owner of the company was trying to prolong the life of our 13yo unit for a few more years but it didn’t work out. No fault of his own. The owner spent a good time on the phone with me, going over our options and explained them all in great detail. He never made me feel like a burden or an annoyance in my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a hometown feel company that you can trust, you have found it.
