I want to totally recommend this Company. I reached out to them and Bret was great on advice. And his plumber Mike was Spot on with his advice to unthaw my stool pipe. A got a space heater and within 30 mins it was un thawed. Thank you guys so much.. I will definitely being calling you in the future...

We have used Metro Mechanical for many years for our HVAC and plumbing needs.  For this particular service, we unexpectedly had to have a new AC and Furnace unit (with heat pump) installed.  They guided us with honest recommendations, stayed in constant communication, were respectful of our property when installing, came back to check a concern we had (nothing ended up being wrong, we just needed to turn down the blower), and did everything necessary to ensure we were happy with the service and unit.  In addition, we were working on a separate project that included electrical work, and kindly offered to let us borrow a tool to ensure our safety. By far the best and most trustworthy company I have ever used. If you need any HVAC or plumbing, I highly recommend Metro Mechanical. While some companies try to upsell you or nickel and dime you, MM explains everything and gives you best option. Really great quality work
