Snyder's sent Jake to the rescue on fridgid Saturday, what's the chances of that happening. Still not sure about Climate Master parts availability, still waiting for the part 6 days later. Kudos to Snyder's

Brrr-illiant Service on a Below-Zero Night!My heater chose the absolute worst time to throw in the towel: -10 degrees Fahrenheit, late on a Saturday night. Talk about a nightmare brewing! But luckily, Snyder's Heating & Cooling came to the rescue.I left a message after hours, expecting to wait until Monday for a response. But to my surprise, I got a call back within 10 minutes! Soon after, their technician Jacob arrived at my freezing house. He was friendly professional and knowledgeable.Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. Ethan did a fantastic job at Snyder’s Htg & Air. On time, friendly and helpful.. Was informative on how to keep the system running efficient as well how to change air the air filter and what to watch for. Wonderful tech and super respectful and kind. Thanks so much!!
