Draper did a fantastic job on a water heater replacement for us. Their tech John that came out to us was very professional and very polite. He took the time to explain the what was causing the issues I was experiencing. He had a new water heater installed and the old one taken away within two hours of his arrival. I am beyond impressed with the company and their technician John. I highly recommend them!!
We just had our septic fixed by Draper Sewer. Our pipe going to the tank wasn’t connected into the tank and had sank to where only 1/4 of the opening was even open. They also added a clean out pipe that was never installed. We called them this morning and they were out and finished with the job by 3:00 this afternoon! They charged a VERY reasonable rate and were very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them for any of your septic or plumbing needs.
Tim and his crew are fantastic! I had a huge issue with my water line leaking which ended up being under the city sidewalk, it was a whole ordeal and tim handled all communication, kept in contact to keep me informed, and worked diligently to get me water and to not destroy my yard. He also was very reasonably priced, any other company would have charged me so much more to deal with all the hassle. Truly appreciate him and highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work!
