We had a leak in our basement from the main water line. When I called and spoke with Blake he was efficient and was able to get Adam out to take a look at it. He assured me I was in good hands and gave me Adam’s background so that I would confident I was having the right person evaluate the issue.
After taking to both guys about the issue we knew what we needed to do to have it fixed.
Later in the day I made the decision to have it fixed and Blake was ready to get the job done. I informed him that I had to leave my house by 2:00pm and he assured me that wouldn’t be an issue pending no major issues once they got down to the leak.
Dennis was the man for the job! He was at our house ready to work that morning. There were a few setbacks but that didn’t hinder him from completing the job. He was aware that I had a deadline of when I needed to leave and that man was in and out in about 3 hours! He wasn’t sloppy in his work. He was diligent and focused. He made sure to take time and answer all the questions that my son had for him. While some workers give short answers to kids to seem disinterested, Dennis took time to give him explanations to make sure he understood.
Blake, Adam, and Dennis were all amazing and I will be calling them back with any future plumbing issues. Thank you all so much!

Reviews
Sunday evening Fathers Day sink backing up, dish washer putting water all over the floor! Needless to say I was stressed out! I called Roto Rooter they were out to my home in about an hour and Dave(who is awesome!) had me fixed up in no time! Highly recommend!
Cody S came out to look at my sister's sump pump today. He was professional, courteous, and efficient! After having an inspection and being told the sump pump was inoperable, Cody came out and gave a great report! He put my sister's mind at ease, assuring her Roto-rooter could repair this easily and the price was unbeatable! The owner Ryan made sure this was handled with care and treated us like family. I promise you will not find a better plumbing company! So if you're a buyer, seller, or staying in your home, these guys will make sure you are treated with respect, care, with the best quality work, and won't break the bank. Roto-Rooter will always be #1 in my book!
