We had a rather extensive renovation of the water handling system of our home. Chad and Matt from Rotor Rooter did an excellent job of replacing our water heater and whole house chlorine filter. Additionally, they removed and relocated our softener, then set up and tested the entire system. Quality work and excellent communication. Thanks guys!
"We have had to use Roto-Rooter on multiple occasions and have always been very satisfied. James and Lee from the Joplin area have went above and beyond to get our Lift Station Grinder pump back in action multiple times through the last few years. When we call them, we have sewer in our basement and they are kind a quick. I would suggest them anytime.
Amazing and fast service from Chris. He was here within an hour of me calling. My issues was running water in my crawlspace when I turn on the outside facet. With his knowledge he knew what the issue was before we even got down in the crawlspace. Once he verified the issue he gave me a reasonable quote, picked up the parts and got to work. When he finished he showed me pictures of the whole process, and the culprit of my problem. The copper pipe burst most likely during the winter. He replaced it and tested it a few times before leaving.All in all, if I ever have a plumbing issue again and call Roto-Rooter, I hope Chris is my plumber!
