This the second time I've hired Ozark Plumbing. They replaced two hot water heaters, a new pump for my flood-prone basement, and did some other plumbing work in my bathroom. They were willing to come to my house, which is far enough out in the Missouri wilderness that I have a hard time getting repair people to come, at the appointed time. They got the job done efficiently with clear explanations of what they were doing. The cost was reasonable, and when one of the water heaters didn't work, they came out a second time to fix it. When they determined that it was an electrical problem with my house's wiring, not the water heater, they didn't charge me for the second call....read full review
These guys are great! They have done some work for us twice now and both times they were quick to respond and schedule us and very friendly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
These guys are a great example of Master Craftsman. They already had an idea of what the issue was with the toilet in our home before they showed up onsite. They got to us earlier then they thought they could and corrected our issue in no time.
