“This is our 3rd time using James for plumbing issues. (Previously hose bib and shutoff replacement, and water heater replacement.) During the recent subzero weather, one of our internal water pipes froze and broke. Luckily someone was home to turn main water shut-off off before too much damage. Living without running water isn't fun. Once we called James he helped to locate the break and get running water restored again. (Like finding a needle in a haystack) He was there for us, prioritized our job, and water was restored with minimal drywall to be repaired. We are gratefull for his experience, knowledge, and fair price.“
