Most of the staff is super friendly, but heads up, one girl isn't very communicative that they signed a contract to the detriment of patients on insurance they actively accept. They'll take your Medicaid insurance quick, but they have a personal contract that apparently dictates that Medicaid patients can't even pay out of pocket for anti-glare, that isn't covered. State doesn't cover it and she had a ridiculous attitude about THEIR CHOICE to sign a contract saying they can't even let you pay for it. LONG WAIT TIMES and less than knowledgeable staff! I have been going to this location for a few years. As of late I noticed wait times are EXTREMELY long and staff doesn't seen to be knowledgeable of insurance benefits and eligibility. My appointment today was at 11:40am. It is now 1:00pm and I still haven't seen the doctor. Also, the staff is friendly but not super knowledgeable. When my boyfriend's insurance changed, it took 3 phone calls (2 with the insurance company on the call) for them to realize he was in network. I can't praise this place enough!
From making the appointment, to check in, the eye exam and ordering the glasses the whole team was kind, caring, informative, compassionate and amazing!
Ms. Jenny, Ms. Cassey, Theresa and the optometrist Ms. Tiller all made my 11 year old comfortable with care and answering all the questions we had and we had alot!
